I have been professionally trained over the last 35 years, with 2 successful career pathways - Nursing and Strategic Human Resources Management.
I am deeply interested in the human condition, why we do the things we do and how modern day constraints in our personal and business lives prevent us from being the very best we can be.

My values and beliefs were cemented throughout my nursing career - never more so than working as a MacMillan Nurse for a number of years. I have been privileged to be with individuals at their most vulnerable and offer comfort and support.
